News update on Wii Bowling - Team introductions - The Ruffians and The Fellowcrafts

Welcome lodge wii sports fans to the first article of the year reporting on our Wii bowling league: The Ruffians and the Fellowcrafts. Today we have the current team introductions of two fierce competitors:

The Ruffians
Composed of Senior Deacon Erik Patton, team captain and Junior Warden Sonny Stormes, Entered Apprentice Rich Shafer, and a fourth team mate to be named latter, these three are fiercely packed with talent and are sure contenders for the glory of the championship. But who will be the fourth horseman for this powerful team?

The Fellowcrafts
Lead by our very own Devin Davis, this team is slim but packed with punch as its team captain Junior Deacon Davis claims to be able to bowl a 300 in Wii Bowling. Knowing Devin personally, if video games were a profession, he would be a master of his trade! A true gamer at heart, this worthy teammate is looking for 3 other cohorts to band together and try for the perpetual trophy, to be displayed in front of our lodge. Care to join his team? Let him know...

We need more teams to make this a competitive competition. Remember that this is open to all ages and is great even for our more experienced members. If you can move your arm up and down, you are capable of playing this fun and exciting game. In fact, in retirement homes and rest homes across the country, Wii bowling leagues are the hottest activity! Strangely enough, it is also the same fastest growing activity amongst all ages. So regardless of your skills or age, come on out and have a good time. Still don't care to play in the league? That's ok, come on down and root your brothers on, play pool, chess, cards, or just relax with a cold beer with some brothers. This night is for you to enjoy. Come out and see what we are up to!

The seasons rules...

The season rules are as follows:

  • Teams must consist of at least 4 lodge members. (We can make it 2 members per team with limited players)
  • All team members must be present to compete. Failure to have all members results in a forfeit and 0 points for the day of play.
  • First hour of pool night can be used for practice WITH RESERVATIONS in available 5 minute slots.
